The bands are good so far, but it appears form the material that they will not maintain their elasticity to long- meaning that I can’t see them being as tight as they are nwo for longer then 1 year. I am a big fan of resistance excercises which these bands are great for, alogn with the ability to quickly go from one excercise to the next, however this is not the best equipment if you want something that will last a long time.

Great for p90x. Great for when traveling and you need some sort of workout without trying to pack around your entire set of weights with you. though, not the equivalent to using dumbbells< they’re a great alternative when on the go.

I opted for these bands over the cheaper ones out there because I thought these would be higher quality. After trying them twice I decided to return them and try another brand. The quality of the bands seem good but my main problem was with the handles. It is basically a little PVC pipe over some flat rope (for a lack of a better word). When I was using it the PVC pipe from the handle was not very long so my hand would scrape against the rope everything time I went up and down.

I PURCHASED THESE BANDS TO WORK OUT WITH THE HOME WORK-OUT DVD’S. THE BANDS ARE MADE WELL AND EACH COLOR HAS IT OWN RESISTANCE. PERFECT FOR WHAT I NEEDED. GREAT PRICE TOO!

Ordered these for my wife who is doing the P 90X workout. She loves the bands and I like the quality of construction of the bands. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for some workout abnds.
